Video : Chelsea 4-0 Aston Villa Goal Highlights

Alexandre Pato scored on his debut and  Pedro bragged a brace as Chelsea thrashed Aston Villa by 4-0 at Villa Park.

Chelseaa handed U.S international Matt Miazga his bow and Pato then become their second debutant off the day when he came off  the bench and replace the injured Loic Remy in the 23rd minute.

There were few early chances but Chelsea took lead in 26th minute of the match. Cesar Azpilicueta provided the cross from the right flank and Ruben Loftus-Cheeks low drive deflected in off a defender.

The lead was doubled three minutes into first half stoppage time when Pato was dragged down in the area by Aly Cissokho and the striker picked himself up to score from the spot.

Pedro grabbed his second just before the hour, tapping into an empty net after Guzan made a hesh of saving a Pato shot.
