Massive earthquake hit in Nepal,7.9 magnitude of earthquake was on the richter scale

A massive earthquake of 7.9 magnitude hit between the capital  Katmandu and city of Pokhra in  Nepal.

The epicenter of the Earthquake was LAMJUNG,77kms North-West of Katmandu.

The depth of the earthquake was 10 kms.

Phone lines and other communication network are also disrupted.Airport has also been closed.

Tremors were also fet in North India,Jharkhand,West Bengal,Sikkim,Assam,Bangladesh and even in Lahore(Pakistan).

More than 150 people are died according to the Nepal's Ministry Of Home Affairs.

Almost 10 aftershock have been felt after the earthquake.

Several building have been damaged including the famous  Dhrahara Tower has also collapsed because of the earthquake.

Several people are trapped in the tower.

Roads have been Caved in and many buildings have collapsed in most parts of Nepal,according to the Witnesses.

Temporary medical camps have been set up in Katmandu.

Avalanche have also been reported in Mount Everest due to the massive Earthquake in Nepal.

Indian PrimMintster to hold an emergency meeting at 3PM to know about the situation.

Two earthquakes hit
The first tremor was at 11:41 AM and another tremor was on 12:19.The earthquake measured was 7.9 at the epicenter of the earthquake.

A massive earthquake was also held in 1934.That earthquake measured was 8.4 on richter scale.Due to that earthquake many people were died and also many buildings were collapsed.
