Formula One champion Michael Schumacher making progress after the severe skiing accident

Seven times Formula One champion Michael Schumacher is making progress in recovering from his head injuries.

"Formula One champion continues to make progress but people must have to keep the seriousness of his injury in mind," said his manager Sabine Kehm at an event.

But kehm also said that it will be a lengthy process as he will take much more time to recover from his injuries.

Schumacher suffered form a severe head injuries in December 2013 after an accident while skiing in French alps.

Schumacher has spent many months in coma so as to recover form his injuries.

In june 2014 after staying in Grenoble hospital in the French town of Grenoble for almost 6 months he was transferred to a Swiss hospital after he regained consciousness.

In September 2014 he returned home in swiss near Lake Ganeva  for further rehabilitation.

Schumacher was considered as the wealthiest driver to race in F1, with the fortune woth £520 millions.

But his family is said to be currently spending almost £100, 000 every weak, looking for him.
