M.S Dhoni fined 75 percent of his match fee for Shoving incident during 1st ODI

Today, India's ODI captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was fined 75 percent of his match fee for shoving Bangladeshi bowler Mustafizur Rehman during first ODI between India and Bangladesh.

Also the young pacer, Mustafizur was fined 50 percent of his match fee for the same cause.

Dhoni was charged with the level 2 offence according to the ICC Code of Conduct yesterday for elbowing the young pacer Rehman during the match.

Neither team raised the charge while the charge was raised by the on-field umpires and the Tv umpire.

The incident happened during India's chase when Rehman came in Dhoni's way while he was completing his follw through as  he was running for a single.

Match refree Andy Pycroft summoned team India's manager to intimate for the hearing.

Rehman also repeated the same incident with Rohit Sharma in the 5th over of Indian innings.

"If I am going around the bowler, more often than not they'll get the batsman out. So either I should have moved to the right or he should have moved to his left but both of us thought maybe the other guy will but we ended up with a, what you can say a typical kind of street clash," Dhoni told to EspnCricinfo after the match.
